What areas do you cover?
Our HQ is based in Roundswell Barnstaple, we can offer training to anyone in North Devon or the surrounding areas with lessons starting and finishing from our offices or anywhere within the Barnstaple locality. We currently offer door to door pickup/drop off services for customers based in the Barnstaple, Bideford, Braunton, and South Molton areas but this will need to be agreed with your trainer in advance. As we expand our team of local trainers we hope to add more areas to our pick up and drop off list.
How long is your waiting list?
We aim to process all applications within 72hrs and we can schedule your training to start within 3 weeks of you applying. We are busy training up the next generation of instructors to ensure we can meet the current level of demand for lessons.
How much are your lessons and courses?
We have variable training rates and fees which depend on your preferred training pathway. The cheapest way to get your lessons with us is buy a block of prepaid hours, our hourly rates start from £35 per hour and discounts and concessions are available to eligible students. Speak to the team about your budget and financial circumstances if you are concerned about the affordability of your training.
Do you offer intensive training courses?
We can accommodate semi/intensive training courses, although careful planning and consideration is required when scheduling this type of training as this style of learning is not suitable for everyone. All our intensive training services are delivered by our team of senior trainers. We encourage applicants to get in touch with the team to discuss their training needs in more detail and get a quote for their training before booking a practical driving test or making a decision.

Do I need to pass my theory test before starting my practical training?
No. You can start your practical training as soon as you turn 17 and/or have your provisional driving license issued by the DVLA. We will need to see your license on the first day of your training with us, you are not required to sit theory test training in advance of starting lessons. We do recommend that you start preparing for your theory as soon as you can, if you think you might struggle getting ready for the theory test please speak to someone in the team as you might want to sit our theory test training course
